Sophie trained at the Slade School of Fine and the Bartlett, and has worked for a range of firms in London. Her expertise in the constitution and adaptation of cities has been developed through work with leading masterplanners EDAW and in slum redevelopment programmes in Mumbai, while she won the Will Alsop Design Prize at the RCA. She has previously tackled buildings across a massive range of scales while working for Award winning practices, Foster + Partners, Waugh Thistleton Architects and Carl Turner Architects. Sophie was shortlisted for the RIBA Silver Medal. She has been visiting critic at London Metropolitan University and The Royal College.
