Sophie Goldhill was awarded the Aaron Memorial Trust Award to spend three months observing and working with architects and contractors on various slum redevelopment projects in Mumbai, India. Work included overseeing negotiations with the local community, the planning and design of the new housing as well as the actual implication and construction of the residential accomadation. The work and research was presented at Leeds Metropolitan University.
